Day 8: Goal 1667, Actual 1727

I’m going to keep this short because I got a late start and because I have more writing to do tomorrow morning during my first write-in tomorrow that I’ll be able to attend.

Short synopsis: I wrote today and made my goal. I could have written more but I was almost falling asleep at the keyboard. I definitely had to correct a few sentences and I am concerned that I might have whole sections that don’t make sense for when I review it later. We’ll see though, because for now I can barely focus at all.

To those who are on my buddy list who are already over 20k – I am jealous. By the end of tomorrow, I should be up to 15k. I am about 4k short of that goal right now, but I think between Saturday and Sunday I might be able to overcome it.

Happy writing all.

Keep going! You got this. Oh, by the way, I’ve been sharing on Twitter. 🙂

Ha! Thanks for sharing Kathy. I’ve never been on twitter myself, but then I think it is more for those who have cell phones and I think we’ve already established that I’m resistant to such new-fangled things…

I Twitter on my computer … my phone is too stupid. I have connected with so many great writers! I now have two CPs (critique partners) and have entered contests trying to get my mss out there. I have a lot of fun. Too much, probably. People have retweeted my posts with your blog in it. So word is getting out.

Don’t encourage him. I was beating him. 🙂

I didn’t see you at the write-in this morning and you were nowhere in sight to show me where the Writer’s Loft was (now I know though). Maybe you aren’t applying yourself well 😛
